Product Planning :: Wooden Thumb Drives

by

In today’s photography market, you have to do something to put yourself ahead of the pack.

Being on the lookout for new and nifty products that don’t cost a fortune and can add something extra to your packaging and orders is always a bonus.

I just found these wooden thumb drives through my Facebook Business group and got SUPER excited.

A few weeks ago, I got a wood case from Photojojo that I am completely in love with.

It’s beautiful and smells good and looks classy too. I’ve tweaked my branding over the last couple weeks to incorporate wood products. I’m in Oregon, which is called the Evergreen State for a reason. It’s full of trees of all kinds and forestry has always been a big part of our economy. In addition, my dad has been a wood worker for as long as I can remember. When I was a kid, we moved into a bigger house and the main reason they chose the house they did was because it came with a fully configured basement wood shop. Growing up, I could always tell when my dad was home, because he would be making noises down there. He made half the furniture in their house, and even made the cradle (along with my husband) for our daughter.

So integrating wood seemed to be a fit that I couldn’t believe it took me so long to add in! Especially when you add in the fact that I want to go away from CDs and use thumb drives, so this was perfect timing.

Don’t worry, I’ll have a full review when they arrive!

Hope you are having a wonderful holiday season!
